Harris Named Employee of the Month for February

Gadsden, Ala. – Caitlyn Harris, a registered nurse, has been named February Employee of the Month at Gadsden Regional.

A nomination by a coworker said Harris spreads positive energy throughout the hospital.

“[Harris] is eager to learn in an excited manner that is infectious to coworkers,” the nomination stated.

Also called “innovative and efficient,” Harris’ compassion with her patients was noted in the nomination as well.

Chief Quality Officer Donna Nicholson called Harris, “an exceptional nurse with a great, positive attitude.”

Harris has been with the hospital for six months and works in special staffing.
